Our Vendor recruitment team works on recruiting crews/vendors to your company by personally talking to them sharing the vendor packets and getting them signed and onboarding them to the company with required documents.We follow a unique procedure in recruiting crews and we target more on less coverage areas making sure we fill the crews in those counties.

We pull up the reports on a weekly basis to see where we need to recruit crews and also make sure to followup with them regularly on their documents, coverage areas they can extend to cover on a specific work order. Our staff also works on 3rd party recruitment by looking on crews for inspection work orders and general contractors. We recruit crews as per the zip codes/ counties/States

We have good experience on assigning work orders to crews from the client system. We verify the work order received in the client system and assign them to the nearby crews who are active and willing to cover that county/zipcode.

We check the dates the work order has to be completed and assign them as due date 2 days prior we submit to the client making sure none of the work order gets late to client. Once assigned, we also followup with if they have accepted and completing on time and reassign if the crew is not ready or unable to complete.

Our team can work on Pending corrections, Proposal requests and all other tasks of property preservation.
